One of the main aspects of 3A is the roadside assistance. We attend your emergency calls and help you to move on with your plans. Your membership card is your way to peace of mind. No matter where you are in Qatar, our operation team will come to you and help you. If we can not get your vehicle moving, we will low it to the nearest repair facility or to any place you will ask.

                                                MEMERSHIP TYPES

Gold membership                      

This type of membership entitles the members to the following services:

- Towing services
- Tire changes
-  Battery boosting
-  Emergency fuel delivery
-  Vehicle registration service
-  Full services coverage in Sultanate of Oman*
-  Privilege book (Discount directory)

  Silver Membership

This type of membership entitles the members to the following services:

-  Towing services
-  Tire changes
-  Battery boosting
-  Emergency fuel delivery

                                             How much it will cost

 For Gold membership you have to pay QR 550.00 for full year coverage with unlimited services.

 For Silver membership you have to pay QR 350.00 for full year coverage and up to 5 services / Year.

                                      Supplement membership card

If you are a 3A gold member you can get a membership on a half price for your close family member. If they want to join, they have to provide us with your membership number.

 3A Members

Please make sure that you have your 3A membership card with you. We can't provide you with the required service without seeing the card.

 Non members

- You need to be a 3A member to receive our services.
- When you will call our hotline, our call centre operator will fill-up your application form thru the phone and forward your application to the membership department for issuing the membership card.
- Immediately we will send our operation team to help you out.

                                                      Notes before joining

- Please provide your name properly as it will appear on your 3A membership card.
- You must wait 24 hours after receiving your membership card to get your membership activated and start to use the services
